Abstract

The highly integrated hydraulic servo oil cylinder comprises a cylinder barrel, wherein an end cover matched with the front end face and an end cover matched with the rear end face are arranged in the front and the back of the cylinder barrel respectively, the cylinder barrel, the front end cover and the rear end cover form a cylinder body provided with a hollow cavity, a piston rod and a piston which are machined integrally are installed in the hollow cavity of the cylinder body, a high-pressure oil way hole and a low-pressure oil way hole are formed in the cylinder body, and a tension and pressure sensor is installed on the rear end cover. Each of the high-pressure oil way hole and the low-pressure oil way hole is provided with a connector body fixed to the cylinder barrel, one connector body is communicated with a high-pressure loop, and the other connector body is communicated with a low-pressure loop. An electro-hydraulic servo valve, a one-way valve, a safety valve and a hydraulic accumulator are installed on the cylinder body, the hydraulic oil inflow end of the one-way valve is communicated with a system low-pressure loop hole through a one-way valve oil way plate, and the hydraulic oil outflow end of the one-way valve is communicated with a rod cavity of the oil cylinder.
