Abstract

The method for extracting the antioxidant active ingredients of Chinese red pine needles comprises the following steps: step 1, removing dead leaves and leaf stalks of fresh pine needles, flushing under running water, and airing in shade; step 2, shearing into small sections of 1cm by using ceramic scissors, grinding for 30 seconds by using an ultrafine grinder to obtain pine needle residues, and shading for later use; step 3, taking 10g of pine needle residues, and adding ultrapure water according to a material water ratio of 1 to (10-25) (g to ml); step 4, adding the mixture into a round-bottom flask, arranging the flask in Soxhlet extraction equipment, and leaching at the temperature of 70-100 DEG C for 60-150 minutes; and step 5, performing vacuum filtration on the leaching solution, thereby obtaining the filtrate containing the antioxidant active ingredients.
