Abstract

The invention relates to a technology for producing stronger ammonia water with controllable concentration by scrubbing ammonia through ammonium phosphate. The technology comprises the following steps that ammonia escaping from the top of a desorber is partly condensed through two stages of dephlegmators, then enters an ammonia condenser to be condensed into the stronger ammonia water with the concentration being 10 to 30 percent, and the concentration of the stronger ammonia water is controlled by adjusting the circulating water flow of the second stage of dephlegmator. The device for realizing the technology comprises a heater, the desorber, the first stage of dephlegmator, the second stage of dephlegmator and the condenser which are sequentially communicated with one another through pipelines.
