Abstract

The invention relates to a metal organic frame material-based composite heat stabilizer for PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and application of the metal organic frame material-based composite heat stabilizer. The composite heat stabilizer comprises the following components by mass fraction: 10%-80% of a metal organic frame material, 5%-50% of calcium stearate, 10%-55% of hydrotalcite and 5%-20% of beta-diketone. According to the composite heat stabilizer, the initial hue and long-term heat stability of the PVC in the processing process can be significantly improved; and the comprehensive heat stability effect is superior to that of a calcium-zinc composite heat stabilizer of taking zinc stearate as a main component. In addition, various components of the composite heat stabilizer belong to non-toxic and environment-friendly materials, and the composite heat stabilizer is good in compatibility with the PVC, and low in migration rate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a metal-organic frame material-based composite heat stabilizer for PVC and its application, belonging to the field of material application. Background technique [0002] PVC is easy to decompose at processing temperature, resulting in darkening of product color and changes in structure and properties. Therefore, during the processing of PVC, heat stabilizers must be added to prevent or reduce its decomposition. At present, commonly used heat stabilizers include lead salts, organotins, metal soaps and composite heat stabilizers. Lead salt heat stabilizer is the earliest developed PVC heat stabilizer with good heat stability. However, due to the strong toxicity of lead salt compounds, which pose a hazard to human and environmental safety, countries around the world are gradually restricting the use of lead salt heat stabilizers. Organotin heat stabilizers have good thermal stability and transparency, and low toxicity. They are...
