Without alkali, the displacement agent can make the oil and water interface tension ultralow, namely the displacement agent can obviously reduce the oil and water interface tension in the oil reservoirs, thereby reducing capillary resistance, improving oil washing efficiency and largely improving extraction rate. The invention adopts a technical scheme that comprises: adding high-salt, high-calcium, high-magnesium imitation formation water or oil field formation water into a beaker; adding a certain amount of dialkyl ether bisulfonate surfactant, namely 1,2-bis(2-sodium oxypropylene sulfonate-3- alkyl ether-propyl)glycol ether, with stirring; then adding a certain amount of polyoxy ethrlene nonyl phinyl ether or fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether; and finally adding a certain amount of absolute ethanol, dissolving for 30 minutes and obtaining the semi-transparent displacement agent. The displacement agent prepared by a simple method can provide the system with high interface activity and high temperature resistance, salt resistance and calcium and magnesium ion resistance and can be used in crude oil extraction in oil fields.
