Abstract

The invention discloses a giant magneto-impedance sensor device for detecting a distance, and the device comprises an exciting circuit, a sensitive element, a pre-amplification circuit, a frequency-mixing filter circuit, a final-stage amplification circuit, an analog/digital conversion circuit, a feedback circuit and a microprocessor, noise and interference can be removed by extracting base frequency and harmonic components from signals so that the measuring precision of the sensor is improved; because a design scheme is easily integrated and the sensor is convenient to miniaturize, the device is improved in reliability and the production cost is reduced. The invention further discloses a signal processing method based on the giant magneto-impedance sensor device, a signal processing model is created by signal base frequency and harmonic components, and the signal feature of any object is measured such that the distance between the object and the sensor can be obtained through inversion calculation. Through the signal base frequency, the second harmonic components and the multi-feature signals, the device can avoid to only use a linear region, thus the measuring range of the sensor is greatly expanded when the measuring precision is improved.
