Abstract

The invention provides a method for cultivating mycorrhization gingko grafting seedlings, relates to the technical field of the seedling cultivation and seed breeding, and is convenient for the cultivation and promotion of the gingko grafting mycorrhization seedlings. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a nutrition substrate enriched with vesicular arbuscular mycorrhizal (VAM) fungi, preparing a cultivating pool irrigated by using the nutrition substrate, planting the VAM fungi host plant mung bean in the cultivating pool, inoculating the inoculum containing the VAM fungi symbiont to the root of the mung bean seedling, wherein the mixture in the cultivating pool is the seedling cultivating substrate enriched with the nutrient substances and VAM fungus after the mung beans are harvested; using the seedling cultivating substrate to cultivate the mycorrhization gingko grafting seedlings by using the two-bridge grafting method; and performing the seedling management.
