Abstract

The invention relates to a hand-operated energy-storage sea water desalinating apparatus and a sea water desalinating method. The hand-operated energy-storage sea water desalinating apparatus comprises a pumping mechanism and a water treatment mechanism as well as an air pressure water chamber, wherein the pumping mechanism and the water treatment mechanism both are connected to the air pressure water chamber by use of pipelines; the air pressure water chamber is composed of an enclosed cavity with a pipe orifice, and an air seal arranged in the enclosed cavity and matched with the pipe orifice. The hand-operated energy-storage sea water desalinating method comprises the following steps: pressing air into the air pressure water chamber and stopping charging air until a set pressure value is achieved; pumping the sea water to be treated into the air pressure water chamber via a water feed pipe by use of the hand-operated rod of the pumping mechanism and pushing the air seal to move to the bottom of the chamber, and after water storage is completed, stopping pumping water, and meanwhile, closing the valve of the pumping mechanism; opening the valve of the water treatment mechanism to allow the sea water to be treated in the air pressure water chamber to go into a reverse osmosis membrane group for water treatment via a pipeline communicated with the pipe orifice of the enclosed cavity under the action of the air pressure, and sealing the pipe orifice of the enclosed cavity or the pipe orifice of the pumping mechanism by use of the air seal; discharging the fresh water treated by the reverse osmosis membrane group via a fresh water discharge pipe, and discharging concentrated water via a concentrated water valve and a concentrated water discharge pipe.
