The magneto-rheological vibration isolator comprises an upper cover plate, an inner sleeve, magneto-rheological elastomer, an upper permanent magnet, a lower permanent magnet, a gel bladder and magneto-rheological gel. The lifting platform comprises a handle, a moving plate, an upper fixed block, an upper guide rail set, a first sliding block set, a first X-shaped shear type mechanism, a lower fixed block, a fixed plate, a double-rotation-direction lead screw, a second sliding block set, a second X-shaped shear type mechanism, a bearing, a lower connecting pedestal, an upper connecting pedestal and a lower guide rail set.
