Abstract

The invention discloses an auto-thermal hydrogen-production-by-reforming micro-reactor with a waste heat recovery function. The micro-reactor comprises a heat insulation cavity cover plate, a hydrogen-production-by-reforming micro-reaction module and a heat insulation housing from top to bottom sequentially, wherein the hydrogen-production-by-reforming micro-reaction module is mounted in the heat insulation housing and comprises an upper cover plate assembly, a steaming unit, a preheating unit, a catalytic combustion assembly, a hydrogen-production-by-reforming assembly, a temperature difference power generation assembly and a lower cover plate assembly from top to bottom sequentially. The micro-reactor integrates the temperature difference power generation module and has the functions of recovering waste heat of outlet gas of the reactor and generating power. High-temperature product gas in hydrogen-production-by-reforming reaction and catalytic combustion reaction transfers heat to a heat end of a temperature difference power generator, and the temperature of the heat end and the temperature of a cold end exposed in air form a relatively large temperature difference, so that the temperature difference is converted into electric energy. The electric energy is collected and stored by a storage battery and can be used for supplying power to a control system or other function modules of the hydrogen production reactor, the overall energy utilization rate is high, and energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved while the hydrogen production efficiency is guaranteed.
