The invention discloses a
processing device and method for removing
fine particulate matter in automobile
tail gas by electrostatic spraying. In the device, an annular induction charged
electrode is tightly sleeved on the inner wall of the front section of a
tail gas connecting
pipe, and the inner wall of the back section of the exhaust connecting
pipe is fixedly connected with an electrostatic spraying device; the front of a grounding
electrode is located at the central axis of the induction charged
electrode, and the back of the grounding electrode extends to the central position of the spraying region of the electrostatic spraying device; and a first electrostatic
high pressure generator is connected with the induction charged electrode, a second electrostatic
high pressure generator is connected with the electrostatic spraying device, an induction
high pressure charging
electric field is formed between the induction charged electrode and the grounding electrode, and an electrostatic field is formed in the spraying region between the electrostatic spraying device and the grounding electrode. In the method, the
tail gas firstly passes through the induction high pressure charging
electric field and is charged with
static electricity, and then is subjected to the opposite
electric charge in the spraying region, and then
fog drips adsorb
fine particulate matters and are exhausted by
evaporation and settlement. According to the invention, the
water consumption is less and a great amount of accumulated water and
sewage cannot be generated, so that the
fine particulate matters, especially the fine particulate matters with the particle size below 2.5 mu m, in the automobile tail gas, can be effectively removed.
