Abstract

The invention provides a manufacturing process for an OGS touch screen. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: preparing a base plate; coating an ITO (indium tin oxide) film layer on an upper surface of the base plate; etching a needed pattern on the ITO film layer; performing silk-printing of printing ink on the base plate and the ITO film layer, and reserving a plurality of clear areas without screen printing ink in the ITO film layer, so that any clear area and printing ink at the periphery of any clear area form filling holes; filling first conductive slurry which is in conductive connection with the ITO film layer in the filling holes, and curing the first conductive slurry; performing silk-printing of second conductive slurry which is in conductive connection with the first conductive slurry on cured first conductive slurry, and curing the second conductive slurry; covering a protective layer on an assembly body of the second conductive slurry, the first conductive slurry, printing ink, the ITO film layer and the base plate.
