Embodiment 1

[0032] Use pure wool from Nagchu and / or Ngari in Tibet. After selection, the soil and sand in the wool are removed, and then manually torn into fluffy flocs. Then use a wooden spinning wheel or a cross-shaped twisting frame to manually turn and twist it into a woolen yarn with a thickness of 2 mm, and then wind it into a thread ball (the thread ball has a random size and a circumference of 20 cm) for storage. Before dyeing, the thread balls are hand-wound into coils with a diameter of 30 cm, and tied into bundles for dyeing.

[0033] Put 3kg of "indigo" into a dyeing bath filled with 110kg of boiling water (the temperature of boiling water in Lhasa is about 85°C) after crushing and grinding. The dyeing bath equipment is made of pottery or stainless steel. Go to a steering wheel-shaped wheel set in the dye bath equipment, turn it continuously by hand, then add an appropriate amount of 130 grams of dyeing auxiliaries "Jiulu", and dye for 6 hours to get blue. Then use a wooden spinning wheel or a cross-shaped twisting frame to manually turn and twist the yarn into a woolen yarn with a thickness of 5 mm, and then wind it into a yarn ball with a circumference of 30 cm for storage. Before dyeing, the thread balls are hand-wound into coils with a diameter of 50 cm, and tied into bundles for dyeing.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for dying wool by using natural raw materials, and applications of produced wool. The method comprises the following steps: twisting non-shrinkable wool into woolen yarn with thickness of 2-5mm, then winding the woolen yarn into a coil with the circumference of 20-30cm, bundling the coil into coils with diameters of 30-50cm before dyeing; grinding and adding colored matter-containing natural raw materials into boiling water, and evenly stirring to obtain a dye system, wherein the natural raw materials are selected from mineral raw materials and plant raw materials; adding the non-shrinkable wool into the dye system, then adding dyeing auxiliaries, dyeing for 3-12 hours under boiling status; placing the dyed wool into room-temperature water and soaking and continuously washing to remove flooding and impurities; and drying at 30DEG C below and blowing cold wire. The invention further provides applications of wool prepared by adopting the method, and the wools are applied to knitting of Tibetan carpets. By using the method, the wools which are good in color fastness, natural and elegant in color, green and environment-friendly and healthy and low in cost can be obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The application relates to the field of dyeing and finishing, in particular to a method for dyeing wool using natural raw materials and the application of the wool produced. Background technique [0002] The traditional process of wool dyeing has common problems such as low output and unstable quality. The cause of the problem may involve many interrelated and complicated factors such as dyeing materials and process conditions. Along with the increase of people's demand, the speed, output and quality requirements have also been put forward for wool dyeing. There are also many researchers who combine traditional dyeing technology with modern dyeing methods, but there are problems such as serious pollution, excessive color difference, high cost, and chemical reagents reducing product durability. [0003] There are many applications of dyed wool, among which Tibetan rug is an important traditional application of dyed wool in the Tibet region of my countr...
