The invention discloses a novel composite material which comprises an insulating layer, a heat conduction layer, a heat transfer layer, a heat dissipation layer and a protection layer, wherein the heat conduction layer is attached to the insulating layer, the heat transfer layer is attached to the heat conduction layer, the heat dissipation layer is attached to the heat transfer layer, and the protection layer is attached to the heat dissipation layer. The heat conduction layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-95 parts of graphene, 0.1-20 parts of carbon nanotubes, and 0.1-20 parts of carbon nanofiber. The heat dissipation layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 47-50 parts of copper, 49-52 parts of aluminum, 0.2-0.7 part of magnesium, 0.2-0.7 part of iron, 0.2-0.5 part of manganese, 0.1-0.3 part of titanium, 0.05-0.1 part of chrome, and 0.1-0.3 part of vanadium.
