Abstract

The device comprises a spectrometer sensor group, a main supporting frame, an irradiance sensor supporting arm and two groups of radiance sensor supporting arms with the same structures, wherein the spectrometer sensor group comprises two radiance sensors and an irradiance sensor; the main supporting frame comprises a vertical installing plate and a horizontal base; the installing plate is vertically fixed on the horizontal base and is provided with a plurality of installing holes for installing the irradiance sensor supporting arm and the radiance sensor supporting arms; the irradiance sensor is fixedly installed on the irradiance sensor supporting arm in a vertical manner of facing the sky; and the two radiance sensors are respectively installed on the radiance sensor supporting arms in a position-adjustable manner and point to the sky and the water respectively at a preset zenith angle.
