The targets arranged disorderly in the to-be-detected sample images are cut and rearranged according to the preset rules so as to have the targets counted in classification, so that problems that the targets are various in classification and are arranged disorderly when the images are checked manually resulting in low recognition efficiency and waste of labor and materials in manual check in the prior art are solved.
