The X-axis CD driver sliding table and the Y-axis CD driver sliding table are fixed to the X-axis gantry support and the Y-axis gantry support respectively. The laser transmitting module is arranged on the X-axis CD driver sliding table. The base is arranged at the bottom of the support and provided with an electric cabinet. The electric cabinet is provided with a master control chip, a Y-axis stepping motor, an X-axis stepping motor, a Y-axis stepping motor driving chip, an X-axis stepping motor driving chip and an additional power supply module.
