The silica sol enhanced organic silicon antifouling paint comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following materials by mass: 30 to 45 percent of organic silicon resin, 10 to 25 percent of an organic solvent, 10 to 30 percent of pigments and fillers, and 1 to 10 percent of silica sol; the component B comprises the following materials by mass: 30 to 45 percent of a curing agent, 6 to 10 percent of a catalyst, and 40 to 50 percent of the organic solvent; the component A and the component B, of which the weight proportion is (5 to 10):1, are mixed during use. The organic silicon antifouling paint prepared according to the method is greatly higher than that of the conventional organic silicon antifouling paint, and is non-toxic to avoid pollution to the marine environment.
