A physical position of the direct-current microamp detection apparatus is fixedly connected to the wiring clamp. A signal output terminal of the direct-current high-voltage generator is electrically connected to a signal input terminal of the direct-current microamp detection apparatus through a lead. The direct-current microamp detection apparatus is connected to the zinc oxide lightning arresters through the wiring clamp.
