The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving hexamethylenetetramine in an organic solvent, then adding halogenating alkane, and uniformly mixing the hexamethylenetetramine, the organic solvent and the halogenating alkane so as to obtain a reacting system ; (2) stirring the reacting system, performing a regurgitation reaction on the stirred reacting system, and performing filtration while the reacting system is hot so as to obtain white powder; and (3) cleaning the white powder with trichloromethane, drying the white powder cleaned with the trichloromethane so as to obtain thehexamethylenetetramine hyamine corrosion inhibition agent. The hexamethylenetetramine hyamine prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is good in stability, and when the hexamethylenetetramine hyamine corrosion inhibition agent is used as the corrosion inhibition agent, excellent corrosion inhibition efficiency and excellent water solubility can be obtained at a high temperature.
