The method comprises following steps: selecting sweet corn seeds with developed roots and compact plant types and with the growing period being 90-110 days; pre-treating the sweet corn seeds before sowing; sowing the sweet corn seeds and pepper seeds at the beginning of April; additionally applying fertilizer A to the pepper seeds once a week after the pepper seeds sprout, and applying fertilizer B with 20-30 Kg / mu to the sweet corn seeds after the sweet corn seeds sprout; harvesting pepper in June to July, timely removing the roots of the harvested pepper, recovering original ditched bowl-shaped furrows, sowing the pepper seeds, applying fertilizer C to the bowl-shaped furrows until the fertilizer reaches the original ground height, and additionally applying the fertilizer A to the pepper seeds once a week after the pepper seeds sprout; harvesting the sweet corn at the end of July to the beginning of August; and harvesting the pepper at the beginning of August.
