The high-precision constant-temperature perfusion instrument comprises an organ solution perfusion module, a state monitoring module and a GPS positioning module. The organ solution perfusion module comprises: a control unit; a fresh liquid storage case, an artificial lung filtering container, a first peristaltic pump, an organ accommodating case, a pH meter container, a second peristaltic pump and a used liquid storage case which are communicated in sequence; and a temperature sensor acquisition module, an ultrasonic measurement module, a display output module and a stepping motor which are electrically connected with the control unit; wherein the stepping motor is in transmission connection with the first peristaltic pump and the second peristaltic pump, the temperature sensor acquisition module is arranged in the organ accommodating case, measured temperature information is used for acoustic velocity temperature compensation, and the ultrasonic measurement module is used for measuring the flow velocity of a solution in a catheter. The high-precision constant-temperature perfusion instrument can monitor other physiological parameters of the organs and accurately control temperature and a perfusion speed; and due to introduction of a GPS positioning function, accurate conveying of the isolated organs is facilitated, an optimal path may be selected, and conveying time can be saved.
