The method includes steps of adding the sodium dehydroacetate into purified water; heating the sodium dehydroacetate and the purified water to dissolve the sodium dehydroacetate; adding the natamycin into the purified water and stirring the natamycin to dissolve the natamycin; supplementing the balance purified water to obtain the efficient and antibacterial oxygen humidification fluid; heating and sterilizing the efficient and antibacterial oxygen humidification fluid; filling and sealing the efficient and antibacterial oxygen humidification fluid; inspecting the efficient and antibacterial oxygen humidification fluid and storing the efficient and antibacterial oxygen humidification fluid for standby application after the efficient and antibacterial oxygen humidification fluid is qualified.
