Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the research reports on saxifrage tangutatus are limited to the isolation of 4 flavonoids and 2 sterols (Yang Aimei, Li Yulan. Study on the chemical constituents of Tibetan medicine Ganqing saxifrage, Chinese Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 2011, 26 (9): 1975-1977.), did not involve the material basis of the efficacy of Tangutia saxifrage in treating hepatitis as recorded in "Cihai of Traditional Chinese Medicine"

[0019] Example 1 The method for efficiently enriching diaryl heptane compounds in Saxifrage tangutata comprises the following steps:

[0020] (1) Extraction: After crushing 2.5Kg of Saxifraga tangutica medicinal material to 50 meshes, adding an ethanol solution with a volume fraction of 40% for alcohol extraction, and obtaining the extract of Saxifraga tanguticae by filtration.

[0021] Among them: the alcohol extraction conditions refer to the solid-liquid ratio of 1kg:6L, the temperature of 85°C, the extraction times of 3 times, and each extraction time of 1h.

[0022] (2) Alcohol-resistant membrane for impurity removal: After treating the saxifrage extract with a molecular weight of 8,000 with an alcohol-resistant membrane, the permeate was collected, and the permeate was subjected to vacuum at 0.06 MPa and a temperature of 65°C. Drying under reduced pressure yielded 58.4 g of a crude sample of diarylheptane compounds from Saxifrage tangutata.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for efficiently enriching diarylheptanoid compounds in saxifraga tangutica. The method comprises the following steps: (1) extracting, namely, crushing a saxifraga tangutica medicine material, performing alcohol extraction, and filtering, thereby obtaining a saxifraga tangutica extract; (2) decontaminating with an alcohol-resistant membrane, namely, treating the saxifraga tangutica extract with the alcohol-resistant membrane, collecting the penetrate, and performing depressurized drying on the penetrate, thereby obtaining a crude saxifraga tangutica diarylheptanoid compound sample; (3) performing adverse-phase solid-phase extraction column enrichment, namely, adding water to dissolve the crude saxifraga tangutica diarylheptanoid compound sample, performing adverse-phase solid-phase extraction column separation, performing step gradient elution, and collecting 50-70% methanol eluate; and (4) performing depressurized drying on the 50-70% methanol eluate, thereby obtaining the saxifraga tangutica diarylheptanoid compound. The method is simple in process, easy to realize large-scale implementation, and stable and controllable in quality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical fields of medicinal chemistry and biomedicine, in particular to a method for efficiently enriching diaryl heptane compounds in Saxifrage tangutata. Background technique [0002] Tangut saxifrage ( Saxifraga tangutica Engl.), also known as Ganqing saxifrage, is a member of the saxifrage family ( Saxifragaceae ) Saxifraga ( Saxifraga ) annual evergreen herb, Tibetan medicine name: "Songjidi", traditional Chinese medicine called "Dieda", mainly distributed in Qinghai, Gansu, Tibet, Sichuan, and Bhutan and Kashmir at an altitude of 2900~4900 meters Under coniferous thickets. Tangut saxifrage is a commonly used Tibetan medicine, and the whole herb can be used as medicine. "Chinese Medicine Cihai" records: its nature and taste are slightly bitter, pungent, and cold. Main effects: clearing the liver and gallbladder, invigorating the spleen and strengthening the stomach. Indications: hepatitis, cholecystitis, influ...
