Compared with the prior art, and according to the OLED display module set and the display thereof provided by the invention, the mercury is adopted as an encapsulation material; by means of excellent thermal conductivity of the mercury, heat generated by an OLED can be timely dissipated (transferred to the encapsulation cover board), and therefore, the phenomenon of uneven display caused by the transfer of heat generated by an organic light-emitting element array in light emission to a transistor array can be alleviated, and the service life of the OLED can be prolonged, and display quality can be improved; and equivalently, the thickness of a cathode layer is increased, and therefore, the electric conductivity of the cathode layer can be improved.
