The low-temperature testing method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a test piece; after cooling the test piece to room temperature, putting the test piece into a refrigerator with pre-set temperature of X1 for storing; putting the test piece onto a universal testing machine and carrying out pressing loading until the test piece is damaged; recording maximum pressure stress, maximum pressure strain and time t needed from loading to damaging, and calculating stiffness S=maximum pressure stress / maximum pressure strain; setting the temperature of the refrigerator to be X2 and repeating to obtain t and S; and calculating: relative temperature rheological rate=[t(X1)-t(X2)] / (X2-X1) and relative temperature stiffness rate=[S(X2)-S(X1)] / (X2-X1).
