Abstract

The electronic circuit board is provided with a voltage follower and an electro-optical conversion circuit which are electrically connected in turn. The electro-optical conversion circuit comprises a semiconductor laser device and a driving circuit thereof. The unipolar cylindrical antenna is connected with the input end of the voltage follower. The tail fiber of the semiconductor laser device is connected with an external optical fiber link via an optical fiber adapter flange which is fixed on the metal shielding box.
