Embodiment Construction

[0032] Turbidity in surface water in the present invention refers to suspended matter and colloid in surface water.

[0033] The flocculant used in the present invention may be the flocculant used for water treatment in the prior art, for example, the flocculant may be polyaluminum chloride (PAC), and the coagulant aid may be polyacrylamide (PAM).

[0034] The gas-water ratio of aeration stripping in the present invention refers to the ratio of the gas volume of aeration to the volume of water to be treated.

[0035] A method for synergistically removing turbidity and temporary hardness in surface water of the present invention, the surface water to be treated is subjected to flocculation and precipitation in sequence to remove part of the turbidity in the surface water to be treated, and then the surface water from which part of the turbidity has been removed is combined with acid HCO in surface water 3 - Reacts with acid to produce CO 2 gas, and finally will contain CO 2...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and structure for removing turbidite in surface water and reducing temporary hardness in a synergetic mode. The structure solves the problems that sediment, scale and the like are generated after surface water in karst regions is boiled, and meanwhile the turbidite removal function is achieved. A grid flocculation basin and an inclined pipe sedimentation pool are arranged on the front section of the structure. Water discharged out of the inclined pipe sedimentation pool directly enters the acid (HCl) addition reaction section, dissolved CO2 is generated after hydrochloric acid reacts with HCO3- and CO32- in water, water containing dissolved CO2 enters an aeration tank, and aeration heads generate a large number of tiny bubbles which can be combined with CO2 dissolved in water and float out of the water surface so that CO2 can escape into air; meanwhile, tiny turbidite which does not precipitate in the inclined pipe sedimentation pool adheres to the tiny bubbles, and therefore turbidite rises to the water surface to be collected to a residue collection groove through a residue scraper and is then discharged. By means of the structure, a structure cell body is reduced by controlling the reaction precipitation time, lands are saved, and capital construction expenses are reduced; the principle is simple, operation is convenient, and a very high water scale removal rate is achieved for surface water with high temporary hardness.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a structure for synergistically removing turbidity and temporary hardness in surface raw water. technical background [0002] my country has a vast territory and various landforms, and the quality of surface water flowing through different landforms is different. Karst landform refers to the special landform formed by the geological action of soluble rocks (carbonate rock, sulfate rock, halogen salt rock, etc.) mainly by chemical dissolution, supplemented by flowing water erosion and gravity collapse. China's karst landforms are widely distributed and have a large area, accounting for about 13% of the total land area. Among them, Guangxi, Guizhou and eastern Yunnan occupy the largest areas. More than 70% of the land in Guizhou Province is karst landforms. [0003] The surface water in the karst area, like the surface water in other areas of my country, has a large amount of undissolved suspended matter, colloidal matter and mi...
