The percentage of each component is as follows: 5-40% of sodium metabisulfite, 5-60% of ascorbic acid, 2-30% of glucono-delta-lactone, 1-20% of D-sodium erythorbate, 1-15% of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, 2-20% parts of sodium citrate, and 0.5-5% of silica.
