According to the ECMO circulating pipeline disclosed by the invention, the oxygen partial pressure of blood can be monitored in real time before and after blood oxygenation, the difficult problem that during an ECMO treatment period, blood collecting on two end pipelines is difficult, and the spraying probability of blood or a flushing fluid is high, can be solved, the oxygen partial pressure of the blood is detected in an nondestructive manner, and patients do not need puncture of major vascular pipelines twice; the blood oxygenation and the hemodialysis can be simultaneously realized by utilizing the ECMO pipeline, so that the pain of people can be reduced, and probable massive haemorrhage and infection can be effectively reduced.
