Embodiment 1

[0030] (1) Preparation of graphene oxide aqueous solution:

[0031] a. Add 2g of natural graphite powder and 1g of sodium nitrate into the flask, and mix them evenly with 46mL of concentrated sulfuric acid in an ice bath;

[0032] b. Slowly add 6g of potassium permanganate to the material in the above step a one by one, keep the temperature of the material below 20°C and stir for 2h, then continue to react at 35°C for 30min, then slowly add 92mL of deionized water to the material , the temperature was raised to 95°C to continue the reaction for 3 h, and 400 mL of pure water was added to terminate the reaction, while 6 mL of 30% H 2 o 2 , cooled to room temperature;

[0033] c. suction filtering the material obtained in step b to obtain a filter cake;

[0034] d. Repeatedly wash the above filter cake with 100mL hydrochloric acid aqueous solution (hydrochloric acid: water = 1:10) and a large amount of pure water successively to remove residual metal ions and hydrochloric acid...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparing method for a graphene-nanogold hydrogel electrode. The preparing method includes the following steps that 1, a graphene oxide water solution is prepared; 2, a shell of the graphene-nanogold hydrogel electrode is manufactured; 3, the graphene oxide water solution, chloroauric acid and sodium borohydride are added into the shell to prepare the graphene-nanogold hydrogel electrode. According to the preparing method, nanogold particles are introduced into graphene oxide gel, so that the conductivity of the prepared graphene-nanogold hydrogel electrode is improved substantially, meanwhile, binding sites of a sulfhydrylated bioprobe can be provided by nanogold, and the probe is fixed to the hydrogel electrode, which is beneficial for biological detection of the electrode.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of electrochemistry, and in particular relates to a preparation method of a graphene-nano gold hydrogel electrode. Background technique [0002] The charges of graphene, graphene oxide and their reduction products make them have good dispersion, and they can also be used as functional building blocks through non-covalent interactions, such as van der Waals forces, hydrogen bonds, π-π interactions, and electrostatic interactions. etc., self-assembled or co-assembled with other functional building units to form hydrogels; there is also a strong solid-liquid interface between porous alumina and graphene oxide aqueous solution, which promotes the rapid enrichment of graphene oxide on the surface of alumina to form graphite oxide Alkene hydrogel (Chem. Commun., 2011, 47:5771-5773). In addition, using the non-covalent interaction between DNA and graphene oxide, in situ cross-linking graphene oxide, the prepared g...
