Abstract

The invention provides an interference data rapid Fourier transform method based on GPU calculation. The method comprises steps of firstly preprocessing interference images acquired by a Fourier transform spectrometer so as to obtain two-dimensional interference data after the preprocessing; according to number of horizontal-dimension pixel points of the two-dimensional interference data, establishing a one-dimensional index space and mapping the one-dimensional index space into a GPU; calculating a rotator factor sheet required by the rapid Fourier transform; developing multiple caches and establishing a pipeline structure in the GPU; mapping the interference data to a two-dimensional index space of the GPU and carrying out multiple sequence inverting operation; and at last mapping the interference data to the two-dimensional index space of the GPU and carrying out multiple iteration butterfly operation so as to obtain restoration spectroscopic data. According to the invention, efficiency of the rapid Fourier transform in the spectrum restoration can be increased; universality of rapid processing of the interference data is achieved; and the method is suitable for processing of large quantity of interference data.
