According to the device and the method, a microbubble technology is used for quickly improving ozone mass transfer efficiency and ozone solubility; at the same time, ultrasound is used for inducing microbubble breakage to generate free radicals; synchronous ultrasound cavitation pyrolysis and ultraviolet radiation promote ozone to generate the free radicals to improve productivity of the free radicals; the device and the method are applied to deep treatmentof secondary effluent of an urban sewage plant; an organic content of the secondary effluent is reduced; an organic matter structure of the secondary effluent is changed; and the biodegradability ofthe secondary effluent is improved.

Oil-bearing sludge decomposition method

A decomposition method of effluent oil sludge is characterized in that the effluent oil sludge is added into a treatment tank which can be heated up, according to the weight percentage in the effluent oil sludge, sodium metasilicate, polyether polylol and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid are added to mixed evenly with the effluent oil sludge, and is reacted to the effluent oil sludge under the condition of being heated up, thereby ensuring that oil, mud and water are separated completely, oil at the upper layer is extracted, and the treatment without social effects of pollution is performed for the rest mud and water. The sodium metasilicate, the polyether polylol and the ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid which are added according to the weight percentage in the effluent oil sludge are respectively 2.5 to 3.0 percent, 0.3 to 0.5 percent, and 0.05 percent. The sodium metasilicate, the polyether polylol and the ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid react to the effluent oil sludge under the condition of being heated up to 70 to 85 Deg C. The three articles are innoxious and are all neutral materials, no secondary pollution is caused, a little dosage is needed, and the decomposition of effluent oil sludge is complete. The invention has the advantages of wide raw material sources, lower price, simple technique and easy operation.
