Embodiment Construction

[0028] The principles and features of the present invention are described below, and the examples given are only used to explain the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0029]Microwave energy is a new type of green energy. Under the action of the alternating microwave electric field, the polar material molecules change with the change of the electromagnetic field. Microwave radiation and high-frequency electromagnetic waves penetrate the extraction medium and reach the internal vascular bundles and glandular system. The characteristics of microwave heating are as follows:

[0030] a. Penetrating heating, fast heating speed. The distance it penetrates is theoretically on the same order of magnitude as the wavelength of electromagnetic waves. Microwave heating is to make the heated object itself a heating object, which is called the overall heating method, and does not require the process of heat conduction, so it can be heate...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a microwave absorbent by the utilization of municipal dewatered sludge and belongs to the field of environmental geotechnics. The method comprises the following steps: S1, adding 0.01-0.5 part by weight of a photocatalyst, 0.1-2 parts by weight of an extractant, 1-15 parts by weight of a wave-absorbing agent and 0.1-5 parts by weight of an exciting agent into 100 parts by weight of municipal dewatered sludge; S2, uniformly mixing the municipal dewatered sludge with the photocatalyst, the extractant, the wave-absorbing agent and the exciting agent which are added in the step S1; and S3, putting the above sludge mixture into a microwave oven to undergo microwave treatment so as to obtain a microwave oven microwave absorbent for raising heating efficiency. Wastes are changed into valuable things. Solid waste material sludge can be converted into the microwave absorbent. By using the microwave absorbent as an additive, microwave heating efficiency can be greatly enhanced. Meanwhile, the method has advantages of efficiently reducing active organic matter in sludge, passivating inert organic matter and greatly reducing sludge volume, etc.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of environmental geotechnical engineering, in particular to a method for preparing microwave absorbers from municipal dewatered sludge. Background technique [0002] Due to the construction of my country's sewage plants, my country's urban sewage treatment plants have basically achieved the initial reduction of sludge, but have not achieved the stabilization of municipal dewatered sludge. According to statistics, about 80% of the sewage plants have sludge concentration and dehydration facilities, which have achieved a certain degree of reduction; about 80% of the sludge has not been stabilized, and the sludge contains malodorous substances, pathogens, persistent Pollutants such as organic matter are transferred from sewage to land, leading to further diffusion of pollutants, which greatly reduces the environmental emission reduction benefits of large sewage treatment facilities that have been built and put into operat...
