The method comprises the following steps: S1, adding 0.01-0.5 part by weight of a photocatalyst, 0.1-2 parts by weight of an extractant, 1-15 parts by weight of a wave-absorbing agent and 0.1-5 parts by weight of an exciting agent into 100 parts by weight of municipal dewatered sludge; S2, uniformly mixing the municipal dewatered sludge with the photocatalyst, the extractant, the wave-absorbing agent and the exciting agent which are added in the step S1; and S3, putting the above sludge mixture into a microwave oven to undergo microwave treatment so as to obtain a microwave oven microwave absorbent for raising heating efficiency. Wastes are changed into valuable things. Solid waste material sludge can be converted into the microwave absorbent. By using the microwave absorbent as an additive, microwave heating efficiency can be greatly enhanced.
