The invention relates to a method for efficiently synthesizing graphene-polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) functional sponge. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a uniform suspension solution of graphene-PDMS prepolymer-diluent by means of an ultrasound cavitation effect; (2) coating the graphene-PDMS mixture to the surface of a template agent by utilizing the volatilization effect of a solvent; and (3) performing cross-linking and curing on PDMS, and removing the template and the dried sample to obtain the graphene-polydimethylsiloxane functional sponge. The synthesizing process is simple and efficient, and can be used for solving the defect that nano-additives are easily coagulated and easily separated in the using process; and the prepared functional sponge shows the characteristics of unique surface structure, excellent mechanical performance, special moistening performance, flexible plasticizing performance and the like. The graphene-polydimethylsiloxane functional sponge is applied to separation of oil or a non-polar organic solvent in a water body, has high adsorption capability, high adsorption speed, strong selectivity and good recycling capability, and has potential application values in the fields of crude oil leakage treatment, industrial organic liquid waste treatment and the like.

The invention provides a traveling wave type ultrasound reaction vessel, which relates to a device for processing liquid by using the ultrasound cavitation effect. The traveling wave type ultrasound reaction vessel comprises a box body (3), at least one pair of ultrasound energy exchangers and an ultrasound energy exchanger driving circuit, wherein the box body (3) is used for containing liquid to be processed, each pair of ultrasound energy exchangers consists of a first energy exchanger (2) and a second energy exchanger (6) which are respectively arranged on the box wall in opposite directions, and ultrasound traveling waves are formed in the box body of the reaction vessel by the overlapping of ultrasound standing waves with the 90 degrees of phase difference on space and 90 degrees of phase difference on time. The sound reaction vessel uses a traveling wave ultrasound field for working. Although each field point has different time phases, each field point has the same sound pressure amplitude value in theory. Because the intensity of the sound cavitation effect in the liquid only depends on the sound pressure amplitude value, and is irrelevant with the phases of the sound pressure, the sound cavitation effect in the traveling wave ultrasound field is more uniform than that in the standing wave ultrasound field.

Ultrasonic loading method of calcium-based desulfurizing agent for coal burning or gasificating desulphurization

The invention relates to a calcium-based desulfurizer ultrasound loading method for coal burning or gas desulphurization in the chemical technology field. The steps are as follows: coal dust and calcium-based desulfurizer are mixed based on the calcium sulfur molar ratio that Ca/S equals to 0.5-3.5. The mixture is added to the water and processed ultrasound treatment under normal temperature. The treated sample is processed filtration and dried under the inert atmosphere. At last the coal dust contained with calcium is made. The invention uses the ultrasound treatment method, which not only makes the desulfurizer and the coal dust sufficiently mixed, the more important is that the surface of the coal dust is oxidized by using the chemical reaction of ultrasound cavitation, and the oxygen contained functional group is produced which can process ion exchange with the calcium ion in the solution, and the loading of the calcium is realized. The calcium bases are more evenly distributed on the surface of the coal dust, and the form that the fine calcium-based particle packs the coal dust is formed, at the same time, the highest desulfurization rate is achieved. The utilization rate of the desulfurizer is high. The energy consumption of the equipment is low. The treatment time is greatly reduced. The heat valve loss of the coal dust can not be caused.

Occupied area of equipment used in the method is small; treatment speed is fast; combination with other water treatment methods can be realized; strong oxidative radicals obtained via ultrasound cavitation effects are used for decoloration of waste water obtained via biochemical treatment; bacteria left in waste water after crushing are capable of improving dewatering effects of subsequent waste water sludge and increasing sludge dryness degree, so that incineration treatment of sludge is more convenient, and economic and social benefits are great.
