Problems solved by technology

The limitation of this method is that the environment in which the insulator is used is not considered, and the test results are quite different under different light conditions.
This method does not reveal how to install the laser transmitter / receiver on the surface of the insulator, and how to calibrate, etc.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and an apparatus of non-soluble deposit density (NSDD) calibration on a surface of an electric transmission line insulator. Through the principle of laser transmission, the relationship between laser transmittance and surface NSDD value of the insulator is fitted. The apparatus includes: a single-chip microcomputer system, dirt deposition glass with a light intensity sensor embedded therein, uncontaminated glass with a light intensity sensor embedded therein, a temperature and humidity sensor, an air pressure sensor and a laser emitting end. By measuring the light intensity of laser transmitting the dirt deposition glass and the uncontaminated glass, the relationship between the dirt deposition of glass and light intensity is obtained and a mathematic model of laser transmittance and NSDD is obtained, thereby achieving surface NSDD calibration of the electric transmission line insulator. The method and the apparatus can improve accuracy of surface NSDD calibration of the electric transmission line insulator and can be applied in on-line dirt monitoring of the insulator.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a gray density calibration technology on the surface of transmission line insulators, which belongs to the field of power systems, and in particular to a method and device for calibration of surface area contamination of suspension insulators. Background technique [0002] The external insulation characteristics of power transmission and transformation equipment determine the safe and reliable operation of power transmission and transformation equipment; the configuration of external insulation of power transmission and transformation equipment determines whether the external insulation level can meet the requirements of operation in a polluted state; the chemical composition of pollutants It is one of the key factors affecting the ability of the external insulation of power transmission and transformation equipment to withstand natural pollution; the on-site pollution degree SPS is also one of the most important causes of pollu...
