Abstract

The invention provides a harvesting device of clam worms. The harvesting device comprises a capturing device and a grading device, wherein the capturing device consists of an ultrasonic generator, an ultrasonic transducer and a shovel-shaped net bag; the grading device is formed by installing a rotary disc on a rack; and the rotating speed of the rotary disc enables that the centrifugal force on the standard-size clam worms is greater than the friction force between the clam worms and the rotary disc. The harvesting device is characterized in that by utilization of the sensitivity of small animals to ultrasonic waves, the clam worms are expelled to the surface of mud flat from below the mud flat by using the ultrasonic waves, and then clam worms of all sizes are captured by using a shovel-shaped net. All the clam worms are cleaned and transferred to the edge position of the rotary disc, and after rotation, larger clam worms slide in a helical-line track on the rotary disc and then are thrown into a receiving disc, and smaller clam worms can not slide and are pushed to a collecting device. Then the seperated clam worms are respectively used as a product and returned to the mud flat. Compared with the prior art, the harvesting device provided by the invention has the advantages that the labor consumption is less, the workload is low, and a feasible solution is provided for mechanically harvesting the clam worms by carrying out complete capture first and then carrying out grading treatment.
