The equipment includes a swing-type rotary furnace; a feeding end of a roller of the swing-type rotary furnace the is higher than a discharge end; a drying segment, a destructive distillation segment and a carbonization segment are successively arranged in the roller; the outside of the roller is provided with a driving device and a supporting device, which are respectively used for driving and supporting the roller to conduct reciprocating swing around an axis; the driving device and a swing control device are connected by wires, and used for controlling actions of the driving device; the outer circumferential wall of the roller is provided with a heating device; the carbonization segment is provided with a gas introduction component for introducing gas containing oxygen; and a gas phase wall of the roller is provided with a pyrolysis gas outlet. Due to adoption of the swing-type rotary furnace, the heating device and gas introduction component can be arranged on the outer wall of the roller to ensure the heat treatment on each process by the roller.
