Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a complex enzyme preparation and chitin by utilizing prawn processing by-product-prawn heads. The method comprises the steps of adding a buffer solution into the waste prawn heads, then mechanically crushing the prawn heads, and filtering with filter cloth to obtain filtrate and residue; producing the chitin by using the residue; carrying out membrane separation treatment on the filtrate to obtain a filtered solution; absorbing by using an ion exchange column, and collecting flow-through liquid; pumping the obtained liquid into a nanofiltration membrane device, and concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution; powdering, and packaging. The method utilizes a modern biochemical separation technology to separate protein enzymes with high activity from the waste prawn heads, thus effectively improving the utilization rate of shrimp resources; the method solves the technical defect that the existing method cannot extract the enzyme preparation and the chitin from the prawn heads at the same time. After the method is adopted, the industrial production of prawn head complex enzyme preparation is realized, and wastes are changed into valuables; the enzyme preparation prepared by the method is faint yellow, is free from fishy smell and free from heavy metal residues, does not turn black after standing still for a long time, and still has very high enzyme activity at low temperature.
