The device comprises an electric control rotary table, electric control translation tables, a laser transmitting and receiving end surface, a laser coupler, a multi-channel data collection card, a laser controller, a translation table controller, an etalon, a laser, a detector, a computer. The device adopts an all-fiber coupling structure, and two ends of the laser transmitting and receiving end surface are respectively fixed on the two electric controlled translation tables, so that the maximum measurement area of the device is 350 mm by 350 mm and the minimum translation distance is 1 mm. The bottom ends of the translation tables are fixed on the electric control rotary table, so that the whole device can rotate to measure in 360 DEG, and the adjustable minimum rotational angle is 1 DEG. The whole device is smart in measurement design, compact in structure, convenient for dismounting and mounting, easy for operation, and good in versatility.
