The invention further provides a preparation method for the nutritional soil. According to the cultivation method provided by the invention, the expense for transporting imported soil is saved, the cost is reduced, and the expense is saved by 55%; the method plays roles in lowering the area proportion of alkaline spots and increasing dealkalization efficiency; and the content of paclitaxel in seeds of planted aloes wood is 0.010% to 0.023%, and the content of OPCs (proanthocyanidin compounds) in barks is 14.2% to 18.3%.
