The method comprises the following steps: measuring nuts weight, nut diameter, water content, crude protein content, polysaccharide content, crude fat content, three-day weight gain rate and crude fiber content of peanuts to be determined; introducing above measured values into a formula to obtain quality comprehensive score Y overall rating of the peanuts for peanut sprouts. According to the formula, the Y overall rating= 2.3160709-0.00898 * nuts weight + 0.01935 * crude protein content- 0.01062 * nut diameter + 0.01285 * water content + 0.04051 * polysaccharide content + 0.0906 * crude fat content + 0.02156 * three-day weight gain rate + 0.02708 * crude fiber content.
