N-1, so that the UCAn non-intersecting rotation nested structure can be formed; and the minimum value of the interval of adjacent UCAn arrays is not larger than lambda / 2. According to a high-order vortex electromagnetic wave generation method provided by the invention, the independent multimodal signals of UCAn are modulated to vortex waves of a certain modality generated by UCAs arrayed as the UCAn.
