Compared with the devices in the prior art, on-orbit in-situ measurement of the electromagnetic pulses generated by spacecraft electrostatic discharge can be realized by adopting the mode of combination of the monopole antenna and the electrical control unit; and the device for measuring the electromagnetic pulses generated by on-orbit spacecraft electrostatic discharge and the method thereof can realize measurement of narrow pulse width and high-amplitude discharge pulses, and the whole device has the characteristics of small data volume, low power consumption and low weight.
