The method includes the steps of setting initial parameters for calculating runway capacity, generating rising and landing type vectors of aircrafts, generating aircraft type vectors, allocating one corresponding arriving or departure point for each arriving or departing aircraft according to proportion, allocating one runway for each flight and generating runway vectors, sequentially calculating the interval Si, i+1 of i flight and i+1 flight from the first flight, calculating the taking-off and landing moments of each subsequent flight, calculating the flight number as the capacity value of current random conditions, taking a mean value as a runway capacity value after simulation for N times, and displaying the calculating result.
