The lower part of a shell cavity is separated into a fresh water chamber and a saline chamber by a separator; a heat exchange plate is arranged above the fresh water chamber, a water inlet pump is connected with the inlet at the lower end of the heat exchange plate through a pipeline, and a water outlet pipe is connected to the outlet at the upper end of the heat exchange plate; the water outlet pipe is divided into two paths after being led out of the shell, one path is connected with a regulating valve, and the other path is connected in series with an electromagnetic valve and is connected with the liquid inlet of a solar thermal collector; the liquid outlet of the solar thermal collector is connected with a hot water pipe; the outlet end of the hot water pipe is introduced into the shell; and a nozzle is arranged at the outlet end of the hot water pipe, and is positioned in the saline chamber. The renewable energy seawater automatic treatment device is a desalting device by utilizing solar energy and wind energy as power, can be used for treating various types of water, and has high efficiency and continuous high recovery rate which is about 30 percent.
