High-pressure hydrogen generated from the high-voltage electrochemical water electrolysis device directly enters the organic liquid high-pressure hydrogenation reactor through a high-pressure hydrogen pipe, thereby achieving hydrogenation in an organic carrier. The device disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, convenient to maintain and low in cost, and has the advantages that no high-pressure hydrogen compressor is needed, and 100 atm of hydrogen can be generated only by increasing the voltage by 0.088 V.
