The method further includes after distillation and concentration are performed till the content of KOH in the aqueous phase separated in the step (1) is over 75%, reputting into the RGB reproduction waste liquid for recycling. The oil phase separated through the method is 0.5-1% in moisture content and 9-10 in pH and completely reaches the standard of recycling, COD of aqueous-phase waste liquid is lowered to about 20ppm, and the aqueous-phase waste liquid is completely up to the standard of emission.
