Abstract

The high-purity quartz sand is prepared according to a two-stage discontinuous grading scheme from 43.51 wt% of high-purity quartz sand with the particle size range of 0.9-1.6mm and the balance of high-purity quartz sand with the particle size range of 3.2-4.0mm; and the PTFE is PTFE powder with the average particle size of 30 mu m. The preparation process comprises the following steps: carrying out modification treatment on the high-purity quartz sand and hollow glass microspheres by using a coupling agent, proportionally mixing the raw materials uniformly, spreading the mixture into a mold, and carrying out cold-press molding to obtain a prefabricated part; and sintering the prefabricated part in a muffle furnace.
