Abstract

The invention discloses a passive mechanical quick switching-off valve used in a coal mine gas mixing process. The aims of safety, rapidness and linked switching off of high concentration extracted gas in the gas mixing process in a thermal storage oxidation device and a waste heat recycling system of the thermal storage oxidation device are achieved. The passive mechanical quick switching-off valve is opened by rotating a gear disc through a rocker, pushes a nonmetal elastic membrane through positive pressure guided air to drive a locking rod to lock the gear disc, and enables a valve plate to be in the opening state; and when air at an outlet of an air blower losses pressure, the membrane drives a multi-connecting-rod mechanism under the effect of a reset spring to unlock the gear disc, and the valve is closed through the valve plate under the torque effect of a torsional spring. The core function of the valve is safe and synchronous switching off, the passive manner and the pure mechanical motion are achieved, intervention of external energy in the process is avoided, and unreliability of a complex system composed of a PLC and electricity, liquid and gas driving mechanisms is avoided; and the guided air is used for locking the valve, the manual operating participation degree is reduced, and misoperation is avoided.
